3. User Accounts and Age Requirements

Our Content

• The StoryBox application interface, branding, and proprietary features are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary application technology

Third-Party AI Models

• The AI models used for story generation (OpenAI's GPT, Google's Gemini, etc.) are owned by their respective companies, not by StoryBox
• We access these AI models through official APIs and are subject to their terms of service
• Text-to-speech services (OpenAI TTS, Google Cloud TTS, ElevenLabs) are also third-party services
• We do not claim ownership of the underlying AI technology or models

AI-Generated Content

• Stories generated using third-party AI models are created based on your prompts and characters
• While you own the resulting stories, they are generated using third-party AI technology
• AI model updates by third-party providers may affect story generation quality and style over time
• We are not responsible for the capabilities or limitations of third-party AI models

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free and Premium Features

• StoryBox offers both free and premium features
• Free users receive a limited number of story generations
• Premium subscribers have unlimited access to all features

Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are charged through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• App Stores: Apple App Store, Google Play Store

• These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies
• Service availability and features may change based on third-party provider decisions
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes

11. Limitation of Liability
